Return Policy

  • We accept mallang.com products with the original tags attached.
  • Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

30 Days Guarantee
You can return your products within 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the products). In case of custom made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we also offer the ‘30 Days Guarantee’ for you!

In 'as-new' condition
It is important only that the product is unworn and has no signs of wear. The products should be returned in 'as-new' condition, with the original tag, together with the original unaltered package.

International Orders,
meaning outside Europe, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Please contact us before returning products, we will support you!)

5. Send to us
- You are responsible for the cost of the return.
- We recommend shipping your return products via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method.
- Keep your return slip preferably until you receive the confirmation email from us.

6. Refund
Once your package has arrived, processing and refund can take up to 14 days. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If the purchase amount has not been reimbursed after 14 days, please contact us.

Your item is broken or damaged?

We're sorry. In order to check your complaint, we ask you not to return the article, but to contact us first.

We can process your request for you as quickly and easily as possible, if you have the following information for us:

  • Order number
  • A short description of the defect and how it came about

After the return
Once your return has been received and processed, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded within 14 days. We ask for your patience.

Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

At the cancellation
If you have canceled your order or an item is not available in exceptional cases, we will refund you the amount paid immediately.

The refund will be made according to the payment method

  • Prepayment: You will receive the credit in the bank account from which you have transferred. It may take up to 5 business days before the credit can be seen on your account.
  • Invoice: When returning the invoice amount is reduced to the returned item - you pay only for the item you have retained. If you have already paid the bill and send it back, we will refund the amount to the bank account you transferred from. It may take up to 5 business days before the credit can be seen on your account.
  • Credit card: The credit will be returned to the credit card account charged by us. You can see the chargeback on your next credit card statement. It may happen that the date of the chargeback is the same as the date of the payment.
  • Credit Card (Instant Refund): If the Instant Refund option is available depending on the order type and time of return, you will receive the credit on your credit card account before the return is finalized.
    Please register your return in advance via your customer account and send back the registered articles within 14 days. Otherwise, the refunded amount will be withdrawn from your credit card.
  • PayPal: The credit will be sent to the PayPal account you use. Whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or is returned to your bank account, you can even set with PayPal.
  • Gift Voucher: The refund will be credited to your Mallang customer account. Cash payment of the credit is unfortunately not possible. If you have combined the gift certificate with another payment method, we will charge the coupon value with the item you keep. We will reimburse the amount paid in addition according to your chosen other payment method.
  • Cash on delivery: If you have paid by cash, please note that we can not refund you the COD charge.

If you have multiple orders delivered by Mallang, you can send them back to us in one package.

Has an item not fit perfectly or do you want it in a different color?

1. Just send back your first order.

2. We will refund the purchase amount automatically after we have processed your return.

3. In the online shop, you can see if the item you want is still available. You can order it again.

Cancel order

You ordered the wrong item or changed your mind at short notice? As long as the shipping process has not been completed and the order has not been packed, you can cancel it.
 
That's how it works:
Select in the My Account the menu item "Orders".
Click on "View / cancel order".
Click on "Cancel Order" to undo the entire order. To remove individual articles, click on "cancel article". Follow the instructions on the screen.

You can only cancel if the menu items "cancel article" or "cancel order" are active.
 
We can not cancel the cancellation.
Of course, you can always order again from us at any time.
 
You have redeemed a voucher for your order?
If you cancel a purchase using a voucher, it will be processed according to the type of voucher. Gift vouchers can be refunded as a voucher. In the case of promotional vouchers it can be reused limited. All vouchers can not be refunded in cash. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
 
Your address has changed?
For connected orders, the delivery and billing address can not be changed. Please cancel in the case and order again to the new address. If your package is undeliverable due to the change of address, it will be automatically returned to us and you will be refunded the purchase amount.
 
A cancellation is no longer possible?
After receipt of the product, you can send the product to us within 30 days. Unfortunately, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs and the products must be the same as the new one.

Duties and fees
German VAT is included in the total price in orders for delivery within just the EU. Therefore, all our products shipped outside the EU do not include any VAT, so in this case we would like to kindly note that the consumers are responsible for all local customs, duties, taxes and fees in orders. 

The orders from outside the EU may upon entry into your country be subject to collection of customs duties. If this is of concern to you, we recommend you to inquire about this at your country's customs authority before you order from us. 
 
As this will differ from country to country, we are unable to explain about the case or concrete amount of customs taxation will be and also we can not be responsible for shipment delays or customs duty payments lawfully imposed on your end, upon entry of your order&shipment from us into your country of residence. What status does your shipment tracking show?
Please first check if the package has been delivered to a neighbor. If this is not the case and the package has not been delivered to you within a delivery time after shipping, please contact us. We will immediately check the whereabouts of the package for you and, if necessary, submit a search request.

Delivery to DHL Packstation

We are happy to deliver your parcel to a packing station in Germany. (Please note that we can not ship worldwide to an APO / FPO / DPO address.)  You can select these during the order when specifying the delivery address.

Then click on "Add new address" and fill out the new input fields:

Change Address

Under "My Account> Addresses" you can customize your delivery and billing address or add new ones. You can also set one of your addresses as the default address.

Has your address changed?
Please adjust your address in the customer account before you complete your order. For completed orders, the delivery address can not be changed afterwards.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can simply cancel it and order your desired items after adjusting your address again.

Same-day delivery

Please understand that the same day delivery is not available.

Why is my order split into multiple packages?

We want your favorite items to arrive as soon as possible. Your order will be sent in exceptional cases in several partial deliveries.

Do not worry! This happens in the rarest cases and is determined by our ordering system based on various factors.

Should the case arrive, of course we will inform you about it. As soon as the packages leave our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the respective shipment number for each package.

Place an order

How can I place the order?
Once you have decided on a color and size, you can put your desired item in the cart. Just click on the button "Add to cart".

Is the requested article sold out?
Soon you could have more of it again. You can then give us your e-mail address and article number. With luck you will soon hear from us.

In the shopping cart
Here you will find an overview of all the articles that you have previously reserved for your purchase. Check your selection for color, size, quantity and the total amount to be paid.

Everything fits? Click on "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order.

Important to know:
Only after completion of your order are the articles bindingly reserved for you.

How to proceed after the order?
Shortly after you order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number. In "My Account" you can always check the status of your order under "Orders".

We will also email you when your shipment leaves our warehouse. In this email, you'll also get a tracking link to keep track of your package.

Cancel order

Our sales prices are determined exclusively on the basis of an independent, internal calculation. Unfortunately, we do not have a guarantee system for our prices - they are adjusted for different factors, as is common in the trade. These include, for example, the availability of the item, closing sales or even seasonal offers.

General information on the availability of payment methods

At mallang.com you can shop with different payment methods via Paypal Plus. Here we have compiled information for you, which different factors can influence the availability of payment methods. We like to do that to make your order as pleasant as possible.

Important to know
A manual adjustment of the available payment methods is unfortunately not possible in our customer service.

Why is my desired payment sometimes not offered?
There are other factors that can affect the availability of a payment method, such as:

- The combination of name and address could not be found.
- This can be the case with spelling errors, relocations, marriage or reunion.
- You have specified a delivery address deviating from the billing address, packing station or a company address.
- When ordering, the personal purchase limit was exceeded.
- This is possible if there are still unpaid orders.

What can I do if my desired one is not offered?
Check if there are still open orders and pay them.
If the details of your delivery and billing address do not match, you can adjust it before completing the order.
It is possible that the desired payment method is still not available for an order. We ask for your understanding that we can not change this manually.

Payment by Paypal

You can pay safely and easily via PayPal. At the end of the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. You are new to PayPal? Then you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

The receipt of payment is usually booked within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

After the return:
When you return your item, it will be credited to the PayPal account you are using. Whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or is returned to your bank account, you can even set with PayPal.

PayPal is not selectable as a payment method?
Unfortunately, we can not influence the selection of the offered payment methods manually. We ask for your understanding, if we can not offer the purchase by PayPal for an order.

Payment with credit card

With Paypal Plus you can pay conveniently and safely with your credit card. We accept via Paypal Plus your MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is shipped.

If you return one or more items, the corresponding value will be credited back to the original debited credit card.

Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL method. Due to this high security standard, shopping at Mallang is secure by credit card.

You do not need any additional software for that. Both already registered and not yet registered customers are automatically forwarded to their bank's website via PayPal payment processing. To complete the order, please follow the steps given there.

Payment by SEPA direct debit

With the direct debit of the Paypal Plus you can conveniently pay your order by having the amount automatically collected by mallang.com.

How do I open a direct debit mandate?
When you complete your order, you can select PayPal Plus Direct Debit from our various payment methods.

Just enter your IBAN after the selection.
By entering your data you confirm your agreement to collect the invoice amount. The direct debit mandate is valid for 36 months, so you do not need to re-enter your bank details on subsequent orders.
You can save up to five different IBAN and choose from the new order.

When will my invoice be debited?
Only when your package leaves our warehouse will we deduct the outstanding amount from your account. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail from us.

How do I get my money back?
The credit is always made to the account from which the amount was withdrawn.
It may take up to five business days for the credit to be visible on your account.
For returns, the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your package.

Paypal Plus direct debit is not offered to me?
Unfortunately, some payment methods are not available for every order. If you are not offered Paypal Plus direct debit, please choose another, available payment method.

We ask for your understanding that we can not influence the selection of the offered payment methods manually.

How safe is the direct debit procedure?
For secure transmission of your data we use the certified SSL encryption. Your bank, PayPal and credit card information is safe. In addition, you have an 8-week right of withdrawal, with which you can reverse the direct debit at your bank.

Would you like to withdraw my mandate?
A Paypal Plus direct debit mandate is valid for 36 months. If you would like to revoke your mandate, please contact our customer service. Our staff will then cancel the mandate for you. Have your account number or IBAN ready to remove.

Purchase on invoice

How does the purchase on account work?
If you choose to purchase on account when paying, PayPal will pay us immediately and you will transfer the amount to PayPal within 14 days.
After you receive the item, follow the payment instructions in the email that PayPal sent you. You do not need a PayPal account.

I already paid mallang.com, but still received the payment reminder from PayPal.
If you choose to purchase on account when paying, you'll need to transfer the amount to PayPal, not us.
When you bought the item, Paypal paid us immediately. If you paid us, it was paid twice and the payment to Paypal is still pending.
Request us to repay, so that you can then transfer the amount to Paypal.

I have not received the item, but still get the payment reminder from PayPal.
contact us to get the delivery status. If there is a delivery delay, ask us to inform Paypal.

I have canceled my order with purchase on account, but still received the payment reminder from PayPal.
We have to confirm the cancellation to Paypal, so that Paypal will not send any payment reminders. Please ask us to confirm the cancellation against Paypal.

I've returned the item I purchased by purchase on account, but still receive payment reminders from PayPal.
Once you have made the payment and returned the item, request us to repay.

If you have not made the payment yet, we need to confirm to Paypal that we have received the return, so that Paypal can cancel this purchase and stop the payment reminders.

I have not received an invoice for my purchase on account.
It is possible that the delivery note is the invoice or that we have sent you the invoice by e-mail. Contact us for more information. PayPal does not issue invoices when purchased on invoice.

Why are the transaction details not displayed in my PayPal account?
The purchase on account is a separate service offered by PayPal and not connected to your PayPal account.

Invoice including VAT

Each delivery of Mallang is always accompanied by a delivery note. In addition, you can view in the 'My Account' under 'Orders' the proportion of VAT for each order and print out an order summary.

If you need an additional VAT invoice, you can request it from our customer service.

We are currently unable to offer you any vouchers.

Promotional vouchers

  • Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are given out during advertising campaigns and are valid for a certain period of time.
  • Promotional vouchers can be redeemed once only in connection with an order, and only within the specified period.
  • Certain brands may be excluded from the promotion. Promotional vouchers may not be used to purchase gift vouchers.
  • Please note that a minimum order value may apply to the use of promotional vouchers.
  • The value of the merchandise must equal or exceed the value of the promotional voucher. If the voucher does not cover the value of the merchandise, the difference can be paid using any of the accepted payment methods.
  • The value of promotional vouchers will not be paid out in cash, nor will it accrue interest. Promotional vouchers will not be refunded if all or some of the merchandise is returned. Consumers will receive a refund of the amount actually paid through the payment method, excluding the discounted amount with using a promotional voucher.
  • Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the ordering process is complete.
  • It is not possible to apply vouchers retrospectively.
  • Promotional vouchers may not be transferred to third parties.
  • Unless we have agreed otherwise, it is not possible to combine multiple promotional vouchers.
  • If you used a promotional voucher when making your purchase and, as a result of revocation by you, the total value of your order is less than or equal to the value of the promotional voucher, we reserve the right to charge you the original price for the merchandise you retain.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR CORRECT RING SIZE?

At mallang.com we use the ring size determination according to the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters.

With the wishlist you can mark one or more items for your next purchase - either on the product page of your desired item or in the shopping cart.

You want to try the wishlist? Then log in to your customer account.

Via "Wishlist" in the bar at the top right margin you get to the already saved articles. You want to buy one or more items from your Wishlist? Then you can put them directly from there into the shopping cart.

After ordering, the items are automatically removed from your Wishlist.

An article has disappeared from your Wishlist? We ask for your understanding that we can not reserve your desired articles for you.

Log into your customer account to fully benefit from mallang.com.

Go to "Login".

Here you can log in to your customer account. Just enter your e-mail address and password. Finished!

Establish a customer account if you are not yet a Mallang customer. Just click on "Register now".

Under "My Account" you can change your name, your e-mail address and your password.

On the PC or laptop you can customize your user data in the My Account under "Account Details".

After making adjustments, click "save" to confirm your changes.

Under "My Account" you can customize your delivery and billing address or add new ones. On the PC doer laptop you can adjust the address in my account under "Addresses".

Has your address changed?
Please adjust your address in the customer account before you complete your order. For completed orders, the delivery address can not be changed afterwards.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can simply cancel it and order your desired items after adjusting your address again.

If you forget your password, you can change it quickly and easily. Click on "Login", then on "Forgot your password?" And enter your e-mail address in the field provided.

Depending on the provider, it may take up to 10 minutes for you to receive an e-mail. You have a link where you can enter a new password.

My Orders

Under "Orders" in My Account you will find an overview of your orders.

Here you can always understand the current delivery and payment status of your order. By clicking on "Ads" you get a detailed presentation of the individual orders, such as

  • the included articles
  • your delivery address
  • which payment method you have chosen
  • whether the order has already been paid or
  • whether the invoice amount is still open

My returns

Under "My Account" you will find an overview of all orders that you have last returned. Here you can also see their current status.

You do not want to receive the newsletter anymore?
